What are the boundaries of our rights?

Learning Goal: I’m working on a writing discussion question and need an explanation and answer to help me learn.
Now that you all have had a chance to argue out the particulars and think about this “test” of constitutional rights, please take a few moments and reflect on this exercise.
How much freedom do we really have?
What are the boundaries of our rights?
Where do you think those boundaries should be?
You can think of this in terms of specific freedoms (religion, speech) or more in general.

Just because material is unoriginal does not mean it is plagiarism.

Learning Goal: I’m working on a writing report and need a sample publish to help me learn.
In 5 typed, double-spaced pages, please respond to the following topic in a logically coherent, well-argued manner. Spelling, grammar, and logic will all be assessed in this paper, so please proof-read your paper and make sure the argument makes sense. Also, it is important that you draw upon the text to help you make your argument, quoting and citing when appropriate. If you don’t quote and cite the text, you are telling me that you didn’t bother to read or consider it. Further, if you use the text but don’t quote and cite, that is called plagiarism. Remember the rule: if you use someone else’s words, you must quote and cite. If you plagiarize, the professor reserves the right to fail you for the assignment and potentially to report your plagiarism to the appropriate administrative authorities. Don’t plagiarize. Even Further: Don’t do patch-writing. Patch-writing is when you copy and paste someone else’s words (a sentence or paragraph) and then change words here and there to make it look original. PATCH-WRITING IS PLAGIARISM. Please don’t do it. Please know that I only grade the last file that you submit to the dropbox, and that you can submit to the D2L dropbox as many times as you need to. Every time that you submit, Turnitin.com will general a report that you can look at that will determine what unoriginal material is in your paper. Just because material is unoriginal does NOT mean it is plagiarism. If you have quoted and cited the unoriginal material, then you are fine. If you have not quoted and cited the unoriginal material, it may be plagiarism. If you have questions about anything in your paper, please ask me.
Both Plato’s Gorgias and Apology deal with the practice and concept of rhetoric, especially as it constitutes a challenge to philosophy and to the pursuit of justice. Drawing upon both dialogues, what is Plato’s view of rhetoric? Can there be a good form of rhetoric? If so, what would this look like? If rhetoric is always bad, what is it about its nature that prevents it from being good? Conclude by assessing whether or not Plato presents a picture that accurately reflects of the role of rhetoric in contemporary American politics.
Please use the Stephanus numbers to cite the text in your paper. Remember: this is not a research paper. Please do not write a works cited or bibliography. The central purpose of this assignment is to see if you can read, understand, and write about a text.

You will revise my existing assignment based on the feedback provided…
FEEDBACK:
Can you make some corrections to this paper? I didn’t see the below bullet included:
Order of the components (i.e., Are they organized differently from one another? What might the other signify?)
Can you make a conclusion paragraph with the bullet information below? I didn’t see that information.
Explain the degree of success you believe each state is achieving in implementing MTSS overall, based on the best practices explored in the Learning Resources and outside resources you investigated. What might be missing in each state? What is being implemented particularly well? Support your conclusions with specific references to resources from each state and/or literature.
Will you check over the matric configuration of the three states? All of the information is the same for all three states.
Can you ensure you add references with dates from 2018-2022 throughout the paper and take the (nd) references off?
Rubric
Analysis of State-Level Implementation I Compares the state-level implementation of multi-tiered systems of support of the three states you selected that include terms used to describe components of each state’s MTSS.
Analysis of State-Level Implementation II Compares the state-level implementation of multi-tiered systems of support of the three states you selected that includes the order of the components (i.e., Are they organized differently from one another? What might the other signify?).
Analysis of State-Level Implementation III Explains the degree of success you believe each state is achieving in implementing MTSS overall, based on the best practices explored in the Learning Resources and outside resources you investigated. What might be missing in each state? What is being implemented particularly well? Support your conclusions with specific references to resources from each state and/or literature.
Matrix of Three States (Configuration Matrix) Completes the matrix of your state and the two neighboring states
