Using R, create a scatter plot of Total Claim amount vs. Income, color-coded by the outcome
variable Yes/No. Make sure to obtain a well-formatted plot using ggplot (create legible
labels and a legend, etc.) (7 points)
Can we in a generic case say that if a customer has higher income, he is likely to respond Yes to an insurance claim? (3 points)
Q2. Problem 3.3 – LaptopSales2008 (10 points): You need not use ggplot. Simple graphs will do.

(b) R-Code, (Cut/paste from your code file),
(c) Illustrations – Graphs/Tables (Properly numbered and visible).
(d) Proper Explanation of results (referring to figures, tables, as appropriate.).
The summary write-up (from d) must be submitted in the “Turnitin” below. Failing to do so will reduce your score by 20%

Review the attached file. Suzie has an issue. She can either move to NY or FL and needs to review some data that her agent gave her. The agent reviewed house prices and crime ratings for houses that Suzie would be interested in based on her selection criteria. She wants to live in an area with lower crime but wants to know a few things:
Is it more expensive or less expensive to live in FL or NY?
Is the crime rate higher in FL or NY (Note a low score in crime means lower crime)?
Is the crime rate higher in lower or higher house price areas?
Using the R tool, show the data in the tool to answer each of the questions. Also, show the data visualization to go along with the summary.
If you were Suzie, where would you move based on the questions above?
After you gave Suzie the answer above (to #4), she gave you some additional information that you need to consider:She has $100,000 to put down for the house.
If she moves to NY she will have a job earning $120,000 per year.
If she moves to FL she will have a job earning $75,000 per year.
She wants to know the following:On average what location will she be able to pay off her house first based on average housing prices and income she will receive?
Where should she move and why? Please show graphics and thoroughly explain your answer here based on the new information provided above.

Review The Power of Good Design and select three of the ten principles noted for good design. Next in R, utilize these three principles in a problem that you will solve. First note the problem to solve, the dataset (where the information was pulled from), and what methods you are going to take to solve the problem. Ensure the problem is simple enough to complete within a two-page document. For example, I need to purchase a house and want to know what my options are given x amount of dollars and x location based on a sample of data from Zillow within each location.

You should install dplyr and readxl packages only once.
In general, you install a package only once on your system. So, do not put install.packages command in every R program that you submit. However, a library is always called if your program needs it. For example, the library(readxl) command is necessary in every R program if you want to read an Excel file. But no need to install readxl package any more.
