The bolt is m30 carbon steel and i have designed one half to have a male thread m25 x 50mm long and the other half the same but of course a female thread.

A pressure vessel will not open due to the eye bolts clashing with the hinge of the door. I have designed a new eye bolt which can be taken apart so the clashing can be avoided. The bolt is M30 carbon steel and I have designed one half to have a male thread M25 x 50mm long and the other half the same but of course a female thread. To sufficiently seal the door, 300NM of torque is required to the nut which is placed on the end of the M30 bolt.
What calculations do I need to use to ensure the M25 fitting is strong enough to withhold the 300NM of torque applied to the M30 end of the bolt?

relevant problems, no matter what the problem statement asks for.
4. For your practice it is useful for all problems to compute the damping factor, the critical
damping value Ccr, the undamped (ωn) and damped (ωd) frequencies, the log decrement
(δ), and understand how these are related to the system response.
