Drawing on your fieldwork notes (participant observations and associated interviews) look for indications that face-work is present in the interaction you are observing.

please read the question below and answer it by following the attached guidlins (WORD DOC), the additional reading and theory materials are attached.
Drawing on your fieldwork notes (participant observations and associated interviews) look for indications that face-work is present in the interaction you are observing. From the lecture you will know that the ”avoidance process” and the ”corrective process” are often markers that indicate face-work strategies are active in interpersonal communication. Using the SPEAKING mnemonic write up the context in which these face-work strategies were active. Go on to analyze the interaction using Brown and Levinson’s theory of face wants (negative face and positive face) and suggest whether or not a system of politeness is active (solidarity politeness or deference politeness). Given your subsequent analysis what does the resulting face-work strategies suggest about the community/culture from which they come?
also, attached is a word doc. that was pre-task for this writing assignment….please use the doc. as help and guide to the analysis of this assignment (student name is Anat),

Overall rube lived a very successful and inspirational life and he truly does deserve the nickname, “the father of black baseball”.

Full-sentence outlining is one of the most difficult skills to master in public speaking.
In your discussion, provide a sample full-sentence outline of one of the main points of your Informative speech, including citations, subpoints, sub-subpoints, and connectives. (Create it on a document, then copy and paste the content). Use the example on page 203-206 as a guide.
Then, provide feedback and suggestions to two (2) of your classmates on their outline examples regarding formatting, clarity, and structure.
People think being a baseball player is hard, well imagine being both a player and a manager. One man did achieve this accomplishment. Andrew Foster, otherwise known as “Rube” or “The Father of Black Baseball’, was one of the most successful african american baseball players to live. Foster achieved many things in his life but he is mainly known for succeeding as both, a professional player and a manager afterwards. Foster was born on September 17, 1879 into poverty, his father Andrew being a reverend at his local church and his mother Sarah being a gospel singer. Both being former slaves. Foster’s mother died when he was a child and his father remarried shortly after. Foster attended Tillotson College where he first started playing baseball. He began to play professional baseball at the young age of 18, starting his career at Fort Worth, being paid a total of 40 dollars per month. As for his career as a manager he started at age 29, being both manager and player for the Leland Giants. He had a long career playing at Chicago, Philadelphia, Kentucky, and many more. After acomplisting all of that, he went on and found the first orginized negro baseball league. Foster faced lots of racism during the years that he played. He never let this stop him. He has inspired many african american people into following their dreams and never giving up. His life was cut short due to mental illness at the age of 51. He was later elected to the baseball hall of fame in 1981, which is one of the most rewarding accomplishments in all of baseball. Foster will never be forgotten, he succeeded in life by inspiring many young people today and following his dreams. Overall Rube lived a very successful and inspirational life and he truly does deserve the nickname, “The Father of Black Baseball”.

The employees were alleged to be forced to work regardless of the tornado warning.

Hello. I need an annotated bibliography (20 sources) for a research paper. My research question is What weaknesses exist in Amazon’s crisis response management in cases of natural disaster, and how can they be strengthened?
The topic: six people working at one of Amazon`s warehouses died from a tornado in 2021. The employees were alleged to be forced to work regardless of the tornado warning. The delayed response to the incident was one of the main challenges in the context. Crisis management
Assignment Parameters
The annotated bibliography should be analytical/critical. Each entry needs to include the following:
Full citation for the source in APA format. (That way you can copy and paste from this for your future reference list)
A short summary of the content that is relevant to your project. (Keep this at the 30,000 foot view. Focus on the basic who, what, when, where, and why, while avoiding getting into the details.)
An evaluation of how that information relates to your case example. (Here are some questions you can use to help you evaluate the source: How “scholarly” is this resource? How helpful is it? How reliable does the information appear to be? How does this source either support your assumptions about your case or challenge those assumptions.)
This week, your bibliography needs a minimum of 20 items. These items should include:
Facts related to your case, to help you tell the story of the case.
Theory that is relevant to the case, to help you with future case analysis.
