Around 2007, Starbucks was underperforming. Mr. Schulz returned to Starbucks and turned around it, transforming it into a highly successful global firm. Discuss some of the culture related strategies that Mr. Schulz undertook in order to transform Starbucks into the powerhouse it is today.
2. In this TD we continue to discuss organizational culture and the role the leader plays in developing and sustaining it. The Schein founder culture model is very relevant here. We can apply the Schein culture levels to SWA.
